Bridges to Success: Co-requisite Remediation

Overview Institutional Implementation Guided Degree Pathways Math Gateway Courses Co-requisite Remediation

Resources in this section are related co-requisite remediation. Co-requisite remediation models seek to identify the support needed to pass first year courses- in this case the focus is on remediation for gateway mathematics courses. Co-requisite remediation provides just-in-time support as the student simultaneously takes the gateway credit-bearing course.  This model works because of the multi-pronged approach that includes mandatory academic and non-academic supports necessary for student success. This section includes tools and materials that will help institutions create, integrate, and scale co-requisite remediation for gate mathematics courses.
