I strongly support Wright State University - Lake Campus creating this new degree program as it will have a huge impact on our Advanced Manufacturing sector here in the Mercer/Auglaize/Darke/Shelby/VanWert Region that our local University serves so well. Thank You!

I am very supportive of this new degree at Wright State Lake Campus. It is a program that is much needed in the industry and it will give students the opportunity to get a two year degree which is not so overwhelming for students. These students could than get a job after getting the associates and have the company pay for it, thus saving them money. Tri Star Career Compact, right across the street, have just started a Cyber Security program and this would be a great Pathway. The Lake campus has done a wonderful job in their programming an offering programs needed in our area. It also allows the student to compete a four year degree if they so choose. I totally support this programing.

I highly recommend the addition of a new Associate of Applied Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Wright State University - Lake Campus because it would expand the opportunities for students in the area for in demand job skills. There are many great manufacturing companies that are in need of employees with advanced manufacturing skills. WSU-Lake does a nice job in training and offering quality programs in the Mercer-Auglaize county area. This would be a great program for west central Ohio.

I think the addition of this new associate’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering would be a terrific addition to the wonderful opportunities that Wright State University - Lake Campus offers this region. It would provide a much-needed continuing pathway for our Tri Star students who want to further their education in this career field after high school. And once trained, these skilled individuals would definitely fill a void for employers in this region – a big win. I strongly support the creation of this new degree.

I highly recommend the addition of a new Associate of Applied Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering program at WSULC. As Tri Star's Career Development and Adult Education Coordinator, I see an increasing need to provide additional skill training to our high school and adult students. Offering classes at WSULC would reduce drive time for our interested students and provide training that our local companies desperately need.

As Mayor of Celina, I fully recommend adding the proposed Associate of Applied Science and Computer Engineering Degree to the Wright State University-Lake Campus curriculum. The offering of this degree would be a great addition to the Lake Campus and natural pathway for the Tri-Star students that wish to further their education and increase their skills.

I strongly recommend to establish this AAS degree at WSULC. Lake campus provides unique experience and convenient access for students to pursue academic degrees. The faculty student ratio at Lake campus ensures all of students will be taken care of considerably. It clearly lays out the path to advanced degrees such as B.S. and M.S.. Students graduated from Lake campus equip with necessary skills that are desired exactly by local industries for the future workforce development.
