Chancellor Carey will join other state officials to unveil a new name and rebranding for the state’s Adult Basic and Literacy Education (ABLE) program, which provides free services for individuals who need assistance acquiring the skills to be successful in postsecondary education and training, and employment. ABLE classes are available in all 88 counties in Ohio.
