Chancellor Carey to Visit Marion Tuesday to Discuss Business/Higher Ed Grant Partnership

Ohio Department of Higher Education Chancellor John Carey; Dr. Ryan McCall, incoming president at Marion Technical College; business and higher education partners in the Regionally Aligned Priorities In Delivering Skills (RAPIDS) grant process, including representatives from Marion Technical College, Columbus State Community College, Central Ohio Technical College, Tri Rivers Career Center, Whirlpool Corporation, Union County Economic Development, Autotool Inc., Honda North America, Luvata, and L&R Technologies.   


Chancellor Carey will lead a roundtable discussion with RAPIDS grant partners to discuss the funding that the region will be awarded through the RAPIDS grant and how it will benefit the area’s business and education communities.
