College Credit Plus Overview

College Credit Plus is Ohio’s dual enrollment program that provides students in grades 7-12 the opportunity to earn college and high school credits at the same time by taking courses from Ohio colleges or universities. The purpose of this program is to enhance students’ career readiness and postsecondary success, while providing a wide variety of options to college-ready students, at no or limited costs to students and families.

CCP Advisory Committee

The College Credit Plus Advisory Committee is a seven-member advisory committee jointly established by the Chancellor of Higher Education and the Superintendent of Public Instruction to assist in the development of performance metrics for the College Credit Plus program and provide advice on ways to monitor the program going forward. Select a link below to find out more:

3365.15 Duties of chancellor and superintendent.

The chancellor of higher education and the superintendent of public instruction jointly shall do all of the following:

...

(D) Establish a college credit plus advisory committee to assist in the development of performance metrics and the monitoring of the program's progress. At least one member of the advisory committee shall be a school guidance counselor.
