The Ohio Department of Higher Education is pleased to offer Esri ArcGIS Online Online and Desktop software free to Ohio's K-12 public, non-public, community schools, educators, students, and formal youth clubs. Esri ArcGIS Online is a powerful, easy, fun environment for making maps and doing analysis.
