Capital & Operating Requests
State law requires the Chancellor to review and approve certain actions, such as a pledge of student fees in support of the issuance of local (campus) debt, Joint Use Agreements for the use of state capital appropriations with a non-profit organization or public body, or the release of certain state operating or capital funds.
The purpose of this page is to provide campuses and the general reader with a comprehensive record of the submission, review, and approval of such actions. The following requests have been either generated by or reviewed by Ohio Department of Higher Education staff, and are open to public comment until the date noted for each item.
