LiftEd: Collaborating for Student and System Success
WHAT: LiftEd: Collaborating for Student and System Success is a one-day conference for leaders of public institutions to explore innovative system strategies that drive better outcomes for adult learners. A combination of expert perspectives, reports from the field, and opportunities to collaborate with colleagues, this conference will engage leaders on incentives for embedding the state's adult learner strategy throughout programs and services. Critical to these issues are how to build constructive relationships with other University System of Ohio (USO) institutions and ways to meet expectations of shared accountability.
WHO: Leaders of University System of Ohio institutions that serve large numbers of non-traditional adult students will attend this event. This includes:
- Community college presidents and provosts
- University regional branch campus deans
- Adult career-technical center superintendents and directors
- ABLE directors
WHEN: Wednesday, May 2, 2012; 9 AM- 3 PM
