Overview
- May be created pursuant to §3333.17 of the Ohio Revised Code
- Creates access opportunities while reducing taxpayer burden
- Allows residents to attend out-of-state institutions at in-state rates
- Agreements are institution, county, and program specific
- Must be renewed every two-years, by June 30, to align with the State’s biennial budget
- Enrollment data monitored to ensure there is parity in terms of the student exchange
- Students should check with colleges and universities to determine which programs are eligible under these agreements
